We held a Special General Meeting on 8th May 2012
The motions voted on were:
Motion 1: That Track and Field separate from Athletics and Cycling Masterton to form with the other two track and field groups in the Wairarapa. - WAS PASSED
Motion 2: That all the track and field gear and a sum of $5000 transfer from Athletics and Cycling Masterton to the new club. - WAS NOT PASSED
2012 AGM will be held at the Clubrooms at 7:00 pm on 6th June 2012
